It’s hard to imagine anything more reinvigorating than a few days spent at Villa Alamandra with like-minded women relaxing, restoring, exercising and eating healthy. Hosted by the founders of A Party With Us, who truly believe in living luxe, our retreats are ideal for rejuvenation-seeking travelers looking to recharge oceanside. Guests enjoy​​ spa treatments, exercise classes (including yoga, barre, barre bootcamp, circuit training and pilates), wellness seminars, island excursions, and of course – luxe wining and dining! All activities are optional, so if you’d rather lounge by the infinity edge pool, soak up some Vitamin D and catch up on your reading, that’s perfectly fine with us!

Meet Your Retreat Hosts

Your Retreat Hosts and Program Directors are Miranda Stull (left) and Kate Brewer (right), sister-in-laws and co-founders of A Party With Us, a lifestyle and food blog. Those closest to them know that if they are together it is nothing short of a party. As best friends, they are constantly scheming, dreaming, designing, and making life fun, decadent and delicious every day. Whether prepping for a family gathering, primping for a double date, working out or partying the night away – they are making it their own and infusing the lives of our family and friends with our favorite flavors and details. Today, Miranda and Kate share tid-bits of their lifestyle with their followers via their blog but now they are jet-setting off to their family rental villa in Turks and Caicos to create the ultimate luxury fitness retreat experience for you!

Miranda is the chef of her own kitchen and is seriously passionate about cooking and recipe creation. She believes in nourishing the body from the inside out. Her artfully prepared dishes are inspired by her surroundings and seasonal flavors. Miranda will be sure to dazzle your palate, but still provide your body with the full spectrum of nutrients it needs – balancing protein, complex carbohydrates, and healthy fats with every meal. Miranda will lead several cooking seminars and share her go-to ingredients, healthy substitutions, must-do prep techniques and recipe demos so that you can replicate your favorite dishes from the retreat at home. Sample menu coming soon!

Kate is a certified fitness instructor and marketer by day, a blogger and foodie by night. Kate is passionate about wellness, travel and creating memorable experiences for guests. Kate instructs spin, barre, and TRX classes at TORQUE Studio in Collegeville, PA, and is beyond excited to bring her boutique fitness background to the intimate setting of Villa Alamandra. Kate’s style is athletic but graceful, focused but fun, and challenging but inspiring. You will leave her exercise sessions smiling, feeling accomplished and revived.

While we offer set dates for retreats, we also offer customized retreats for your group too!  Instead of waiting for us to plan a retreat that happens to fit your schedule, fitness preferences and price specifications, we can plan a custom retreat just for you.  Custom retreats are perfect for corporate events, girlfriend getaways, birthday celebrations, pre-wedding festivities, or reunions.  We can suggest itineraries from which your group can choose or you can dictate precisely what you want.  Prefer more yoga than bootcamp? The Program

    Summer FatzingerCertified Fitness Instructor

    Summer Fatzinger is a certified spin, barre and TRX instructor and owner of TORQUE Studio in Collegeville, PA. Summer is a ball of energy from the moment she wakes up.  Her zest for life, and gratitude for every moment of every day, is what draws people to her contagious spirit.  She is a former gymnast, a seasoned athlete, and a certified instructor who puts all that she has into every move, every playlist, and every class.  Her classes are fueled by upbeat music, heavy beats, inspirational words, and motivational speeches.  Whether she has you tucking at the barre, sprinting on the bike, or planking in TRX, you’ll be transformed both physically and mentally.

    Pricing & Reservations

    Double Occupancy with en-suite bathroom and private entrance – $3,500 per person. Maximum retreat occupancy of 8 women. .
